如题，此问题导致中国大陆大部分地区网络中断，47%的中国电信用户（20%的中国人口）都无法访问网络
受到影响到骨干网是CHINA163和CHINA169，该问题表现为路由追踪(traceroute)无信息
此次网络中断会导致流量Fall back到其他两个运营商，其他运营商网络负载激增，最终结果是大陆三大运营商都出现中断

Tata Power whose core business is to generate, transmit and distribute electricity has made no money to investors in the last one decade.
